Since 2016, we have been building and deploying intelligent platforms, back when machine learning was still largely hand-coded, and AI was a concept many organisations were only beginning to take seriously. We have watched the technology evolve in real time, and as the systems became more capable, so did our understanding of what truly matters.
What we discovered was not a contest between human and artificial intelligence, but the possibility of collaboration two forms of capability working together in ways that can be more powerful than either alone. We call that C’ynergy.
