    Method:

    1. Into a cocktail shaker add in your crème de noyaux, passion juice, lime juice, and black vodka. Give it a shake for 30 seconds.
    2. Add blackberries and a dash of charcoal powder to the bottom of your glass.
    3. Pour the cocktail into your glass and stir gently.
    4. Prepare the edible feather and place into the glass
    5. Alternatively, garnish with the rosemary sprig

    For the Edible Feather:

    1. On a surface, roll out some black fondant. Cut out feather shapes using a cutter.
    2. Use a veining tool to gently create an indentation down the center of the feather.
    3. Next, striate both sides of the feather in an upward motion, as gently as possible.
    4. On the outside edge of each feather, press the veining tool a little deeper and cut through the fondant in a few spots. Then, use your finger to separate the fondant a tiny bit to make it look more natural.
    5. Place the feathers on a tray covered with bubble wrap. You can cover the surface that you are drying the fondant on with a layer of powdered sugar to avoid any sticking.
    6. Let them dry overnight or longer until firm. Then, remove the bubble wrap and gently flip the feathers and leave them on the tray to dry for another day or two until completely dry and not at all flexible.
