Kerryn Kohl

Founder and Director
Life Online is led by Kerryn Kohl—an advisor, builder, and architect of human capability in an age of rapid change.
Her work sits at the intersection of transformation, learning, and performance—focused on one critical question:
How do humans adapt, learn, and perform in a world that is changing faster than the systems designed to support them?
  • Kerryn’s career spans global consulting, venture building, and large-scale transformation. She has:

  • worked with organisations including Accenture
  • founded and scaled ventures focused on workforce transformation
  • designed AI-enabled learning platforms and capability systems
  • led complex culture, learning, and operating model transformations
Her experience extends across Australia, the UK, Africa, and New Zealand—bringing together disciplines including psychology, neuroscience, organisational behaviour, and technology. But more importantly, her work has always been grounded in real environments—working alongside leaders and organisations as they navigate complexity, pressure, and change in real time.
Kerryn is also a published author and speaker, contributing to global conversations on digital work, human capability, and the future of learning. Her latest book, Oh Shi(f)t! Now What?, explores how individuals and organisations can respond to disruption with clarity, capability, and intention.
